Aluminum

Aluminum has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio of this metal. It is a great option for the high loading requirements of aircraft brackets and housings. Aluminum also boasts good ductility, stiffness, corrosion resistance, and machinability. Its lightweight properties make it useful for aerospace structural applications like fuselage skin, wing stringers, wing skins, etc.

Titanium

Titanium has a number of material properties that make it the ideal metal for demanding applications. These properties include excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals and extreme temperatures. The metal also has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. 

These properties make titanium alloys great options for airframes and aircraft engines.

On our customer’s request, we provide a certification of the material we used for making your parts. The report comes from the raw material manufacturer and usually includes material heat number, material grade, material dimensions, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, etc.

Should you encounter any quality problems within a month of receiving your items, don’t hesitate to reach out to our specialists. Notify us of the problem within five working days of receipt, and we’ll resolve it within one to three business days.

Conditions for Rework

After advising us of the concern, we review the design and samples to check for inconsistencies. We then fix the complaints and send replacements immediately.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds are quickly processed upon confirmation of product issues, and return is processed.
